- What is the My.ICDL portal?
- My.ICDL portal serves as gateway to conference registration, becoming an ICDL partner, accessing handouts and much more. It records your name and address for our mailing list so we can send you the latest news from ICDL, including our E-Newlsetter. It also allows you to access the conference materials and audio and video files that are only accessible to partners.
- I am already an ICDL partner, do I need to set up an account within the My.ICDL portal?
- Yes, your previous partnership password that was computer generated will eventually ben phased out. This is a new site, and you will need to create your own password
- I forgot my password, how do I retrieve it?
- The login page has a link to a password retrieval function. When you arrive to the password retrieval page, you will be asked to enter your e-mail address. Once you submit it your password will be e-mailed to you.
- My password was not recognized?
- Be sure that you are entering the correct password. Also be sure that your caps lock button is off, as log-in information is case sensitive. Your previous computer generated password will NOT be recognized. If you are still having trouble, try creating a new password
- What should I expect to see once I have created My.ICDL account?
- Once you have successfully created your My.ICDL account, you will see a welcome note in the center and site index to your left. Using the links to the left you will be able to become a partner and/or register for up-coming conferences.
- Will my e-mail address be shared with other organizations and distribution lists?
- No, ICDL will not share or sell your e-mail address to any other mailing distribution lists or organizations. Your e-mail address will be added to our mailing list and you will receive periodic broadcast e-mails detailing the latest news on DIR/Floortime related events, news and publications
